Have I ever mentioned how much I love the movie Monster in Law? Well I Really do. It's about Jennifer Lopez who plays charlotte. Charlotte is engaged to this guy who's mom is a lunatic and doesn't like her at all. Its funny the things she does to make sure her son doesn't end up with j-lo. I also know a real life situation similar too it. A family friend of ours is married to a guy and their totally in love. They have two kids and their settled. But his mother just doesn't like her. She wont ever choose to talk to her, and for the longest time she would acknowledge the fact that she had grandchildren or as about her sons family. It's the worst possible situation to be in because number one its not fair to be in such a touch situation. The woman's your mans mother; you cant even play rough with her, you know? Like if it was some other girl you wouldn't even care. And then you couldn't really have any family events, because she wouldn't show and if she did she would cause trouble. I really hope I don't end up in a situation like that.

I believe I talked about hope for Haiti yesterday. I didn't discuss how great the performances were! I have to say my favorite of all there performances was Madonna!! She was fabulous singing like a prayer. She's like the epitome of class. Her voice is still phenomenal many years later! She did great. I also liked Beyonce and Alicia Keys of course. Jay Z with Rihanna and Bono was also a really good performance. And Justin Timberlake blew me away when he sang hallelujah with the piano. It just made you really feel.

Now my mom said something that really stuck to me today. People really loved Haiti. It's true. People are really doing everything they can to help haiti. Mostly the american people. Hope for Haiti raised 60 million dollars and counting. Its amazing! And I have amazing amazing news for you. Lionel Riche and Quincy Jones are organizing a remake of we are the world, to benefit Haiti!! Their going to try to get some of the originals and a lot of new singers to sing it together after the Grammy's. And it just so happens they made the originals after the Grammy's too. That was 25 years ago. And rumor has it that they will still try to incorporate Michael Jackson's part for it. It warms my heart that he's gone but not forgotten.

I also watched the S.A.G. awards. For the longest time I didn't know what the Screen Actors guild was. It turns out its an actors association guild is a club that all actors are a part of. Then once a year they vote on the movies and actors that they want to win the awards and its the biggest honor to stars because its voted on by their peers , who all watch the movie together. Its really cool. People looked beautiful at those awards. I loved the dresses. Although I didn't like Saundra Bullocks and was iffy on Kate Hudsons. The men all looked hot; and the cast of glee was great too. Sheri Shephard told this great little story. I'm going to try and post it for you.

I have so much more to say but I really gotta get to my homework. Bye bye loves

Song of the day: Like a prayer - Madonna (I really love that song now!) Its my favorite song of the week.

quote of the day: "As husband and wife I never pictured us having sex. We just wore matching gloves." - Sherri Shepard . Thats not the full thing but I will find it. She went on and on about how she'd stay outside of his house and stuff. It was really funny. After reading so many books about him I was like wishing she would have said something early. They could have fallen in love :'(
